End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Aeturnis Development Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") and governs your use of our software products, including but not limited to Risk City and any other games or applications developed by Aeturnis Development Labs LLC ("Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Create and share content related to the Software (videos, streams, screenshots) in accordance with our guidelines

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools

4. Modifications and User Content

We encourage creativity and community engagement:

  • You may create modifications ("Mods") for personal use and share them with the community
  • Mods must be distributed for free and not sold
  • You retain rights to your original content, but grant us a license to use, display, and promote it
  • We are not responsible for user-created content

5. Updates and Changes

We may:

  • Release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Change system requirements

Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain with Aeturnis Development Labs LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Software may collect:

  • Anonymous usage data and analytics
  • Crash reports and error logs
  • Game progress and achievements

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AETURNIS DEVELOPMENT LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
